Loved the spacious rooms and helpful staff who moved me to a quiet one after a noisy first night 🛌. Just needs some soundproofing and freshening up for a better experience. A decent stay!

The room with air condition. This hotel was set in a very central area just off many shops and restaurants, centre of Jerusalem and the main train station.

Fantastic location with numerous cafes nearby.
The room was dirty, with stains and a broken faucet. The staff was unhelpful when I requested clean sheets, and I encountered yelling instead of service. It felt more like a dirty hostel than a hotel.

Big hype, little substance
The location is fantastic, close to the light rail and the vibrant shuk. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, nightly rates aligned with the services offered. The staff was helpful when we adjusted our check-out time. Just remember, you might not get luxury.

The hotel was comfortable and the location was unbeatable and comfortable so close to most sites and everything: light rail, Mahane Yehuda Market, the old city and restaurants and good public or other transport nearby. The food we tried was fine and they have plenty of meals to choose from.

Great for young travelers
The location is quite amazing, you can find everything just steps away. The staff were real nice,, especially when I got my room changed after some noise issues on the first night.
It wasn't exactly cheap,, but it worked for what we needed.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the bustling area which makes it easy to explore various shops and cafes. Staff were quite accommodating and the little café nearby served a amazing breakfast, especially the espresso! There's good water pressure in the showers as well
could improve sound insulation, thin walls

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown Jerusalem near Ben Yahuda St Easy access to shops and cafes made it convenient to explore. My room had a decent layout but cleanliness was a major concern. Found hair and crumbs under the bed covers, which suggests the sheets weren't changed properly. Despite that, the bed was somewhat comfortable. I had a disappointing experience with the staff. They were not available when issues arose, and the promised amenities like a refrigerator barely functioned. Even requests for clean sheets took longer than expected. Check-in was a hassle, especially dragging luggage over cobblestones in a pedestrian-only zone. I appreciated being in a vibrant area, but the noise level was high. It's a mixed bag, great location and potential, but execution fell flat.

Dem Hotel is in a prime location for exploring the Old City and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere on King George St There are numerous cafes nearby, and the room was comfortable with great views of the city. I also appreciated the air-conditioned facilities and the fridge in the room.
The common areas could use some sound insulation.
